I help women in their 40s and beyond regain energy, strength, and confidence through expert nutrition coaching, Pilates, and holistic health strategies—without stress or restriction.
With over 35 years of experience in exercise and nutrition, I combine my knowledge in Public Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology with real-life experience as a mum of six to help women feel strong, balanced, and in control of their health.
I know first hand the struggles that come with hormonal shifts, perimenopause, and menopause—the exhaustion, weight gain, and unpredictability. But the right nutrition, movement, and mindset shifts can transform how you feel in your body.
